FAQ
Are the watches in stock or made to order?
We offer both in-stock items, which ship in 1–2 business days, and pre-order items, which require 5–10 business days to be prepared and shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. (in some cases also COD - Cash On Delivery but only in Romania)
How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1 business days.
Shipping: 1–2 business days in Romania.
Preorders: 5-15 bussines days.
Can I return my watch?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a 100% refund, provided the watch is unused and in its original packaging.

Is it possible to fully customize the dial and the logo?
Yes, we offer customization services for select models. You can personalize the dial design, logo, and in some cases, other aesthetic elements like the hands or case finish.
Please note:
- Custom orders may require additional production time (typically 15–22 business days in total).
- Customized products are non-refundable unless defective.

Are Colliseo or Seiko Mods watches original ?
Yes. All Colliseo watches are 100% original, designed under our registered brand, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity and 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
For Seiko mods We use genuine Seiko movements to create unique watches inspired by top designs.Our watches are not replicas and we are not affiliated with the Seiko brand in any way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping — but currently only upon request.
